SHIZEN produces unique, handmade products made from natural materials. These raw materials have inherent variations, and a product may differ from its image on our website. Buyer accepts that the goods are sold as is. If you have questions about a specific item, please inquire for more information prior to purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable.
RETURNS
Upon receiving an order, check promptly for damage or defects. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please keep the original packing materials and contact SHIZEN within seven (7) days to arrange a return. We will provide you with a return label. Once we have received the returned item, SHIZEN will make the best effort to replace your item or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

We are only able to ship within the United States.

We will contact you as soon your order is received to arrange details. Pick up hours are: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
LOCAL FURNITURE DELIVERY
SHIZEN can arrange local delivery to your home for furniture items. Any time or date given for local delivery is intended as an estimate only and SHIZEN cannot be held responsible for delays. Please promptly inspect the furniture and refuse the delivery if there is any defect or damage. Buyer accepts sole responsibility for the item upon completion of delivery.
